From cadastral services to modern land management
Typically land management is associated with cadastre and easement mapping. Geodézia has 65 years of experience working with the Hungarian government in creating cadastral maps to establish the legal parcel boundaries, the administrative boundaries and the various other attributes that are required by law. Of course we continue to provide cadastre and easement mapping services, however our services in terms of land management have greatly expanded.
Add value to your property
Our land management service today seeks to satisfy the needs of any large property owner who is looking to better manage and add value to their assets. Imagine the value you can add to a property by being able to present a 3D model of it with a complete inventory of assets and highlight areas that have recently undergone maintenance for instance.

GIS enhanced land management
An even greater way to add value to your property in the long run is through the use of a 3D model and GIS system where you can track the maintenance and property improvements that you implement over time. These sort of applications are no longer the privilege of very large scale organisations and governments. With ever increasing computing power, the versatility of cloud services and device interconnectivity (mobile, tablet and PC), GIS applications can now be implemented on a small scale.
Spatially enabled land management is the future
In the case of large properties such as golf courses, theme parks, water parks, shopping malls and logistics facilities, such information will not only enable you to optimize how you use your property but this accumulation of information will help clearly communicate to your potential prospect that the property itself had been maintained with great care. It is not unreasonable to expect that for large properties this may become the norm in the coming decade.
